Purchase Order Financing

This type of funding is a great tool to aid a business’s cash flow, it allows a business to obtain an advance to pay a supplier for goods they need to complete a received purchase order.

How Does It Work?

  • Your business receives a Purchase Order, a copy of which you send to your agreed Purchase Finance Provider.
  • The Finance Company will pay your supplier put to 100% of the cost of the Goods.
  • The goods are delivered to your business and you complete you order.
  • Your completed order is delivered by you to your customer and an invoice is provided to them for payment.
  • A copy of the invoice is also sent to the Finance Company, who collect payment from your Customer for the full invoice.
  • After costs for providing the Service are deducted, the balance is forwarded to your business.
