Metis Funding Solutions is a Credit Broker not a Lender. We may receive a commission related to your transaction or an introductory fee from the parties involved in the transaction.

Third Party Agreements

Metis Funding Solutions will not be held liable for any product or service that has been provided via a third-party Lender.

Complaints

Metis Funding Solutions makes every effort to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the service we provide. We understand on some occasions you may not be entirely satisfied. In this instance we will do everything we can to resolve your issue without delay and minimum inconvenience. We will respond to your complaint within three working days. You will receive a final response from us no more than eight weeks after receipt of the initial complaint.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we will use and protect any information you give to Metis Funding Solutions when processing your data.  We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us.  We collect your name, telephone number and email address as well as information on the product or service you have enquired about.

We may contact you for marketing purposes with information we believe is relevant via the marketing preferences you have requested. You can change these preferences at any time.

Your data will be recorded on Metis Funding Solutions database. In order to provide the service you have requested we will share this information with carefully selected funders and any associated companies involved in the recovery of any agreement.

Data storage

We will store your personal information for five years. Beyond this point your Data will be deleted from our database and destroyed in a secure, confidential manner.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are dissatisfied about our use of your personal information. Third Party Privacy Policies:

Where a third party privacy policy is issued (eg where we issue a lender’s privacy policy to the customer on the lender’s behalf), it is the customer’s responsibility to review this document and direct any queries, comments or concerns to the third party. Metis Funding Solutions will not be held responsible for the content of any third-party privacy policy or how they collect, store, use and/or share your information.

Complaints

Metis Funding Solutions has set out a fair complaints procedure that is clear and easy to use for anyone wishing to make a complaint.

Upon receiving your complaint we will send an acknowledgement receipt within three days of receiving it and send written or electronic communication to inform you of how we plan to investigate the complaint, including a copy of this complaints procedure.

We will investigate your complaint impartially and competently.  In order to complete an investigation we may need to obtain detailed information from you or any third party. To deal with your complaint promptly and thoroughly we may need to ask for your help throughout the investigation. Throughout the course of the investigation we will keep you informed on the progress of the investigation and you may contact us at any time to enquire about the progress of the investigation.

If the complaint is not resolved within eight weeks we will send a response, either electronically or in writing, to explain our why we have not completed the investigation, or our Final Response.
